All individuals and groups engaging in expressive activity on FCC property are subject to all applicable College policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
- Expressive Activity Policy
- Use of Facilities Policy
- Weapons Policy
- Alcohol, Tobacco, Opioid, and Other Drug Use and Awareness Policy
All current FCC Policies and Procedures are available on the FCC website.
FCC reserves the right to require a disclaimer on any advertisements, postings, or announcements related to expressive activity, stating:
“Frederick Community College is not affiliated with and does not necessarily endorse the opinions, beliefs, statements, writings, or philosophies expressed by the activity or its participants.”
FCC assumes no liability or responsibility for injuries, losses, claims, damages, or penalties resulting from expressive activities conducted on College property.
Individuals or groups engaging in expressive activity must check in upon arrival at the FCC Public Safety Office, located on the first floor of the Student Center.
By submitting this form, the requestor agrees to comply with all applicable College regulations and Public Safety guidance.
