  • Need-Based Scholarship for Music Enrichment Application

  • The FCC Foundation is pleased to provide need-based scholarships for students wishing to take lessons, join an ensemble or take other music courses of interest through our Cadence Program. 

    The scholarship award amount is limited to 75% of the requested funds up to $300, whichever is less. All decisions are contingent upon the availability of funds.

    Criteria:
    Recipient/family must demonstrate financial need and meet the most current HUD Income Limits (“Low”) for Frederick, Maryland.
