  • This scholarship can be used towards the cost of Continuing Education (non-credit) courses at Frederick Community College. The scholarship is valued at up to $500. All decisions are contingent upon the availability of funds. Disbursement of this scholarship is contingent upon the following:

    • Recipient must be a Frederick County resident
    • Recipient must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
    • Recipient must demonstrate financial need and meet the most current HUD Income Limits (“Low”) for Frederick, Maryland
    • Recipient must be enrolled in an approved Continuing Education course/program at Frederick Community College
