FCC Student Film Festival Entry Form

Official entry form for the FCC Student Film Festival. Screening privilege in this festival is exclusive for students who are currently enrolled in the Film & Video Programs and Courses at Frederick Community College; any outside entries will be rejected.

1. Please fill out all fields.
2. Double check your spelling (content will be used on all marketing, promotion, certificates, etc.)
3. Nudity is strictly prohibited.
4. All entry ratings and/or content may be revised at the sole discretion of the administrative team.
5. Every effort will be made to include all entries. By submitting your entry, you understand and respect that not all entries will be selected to screen due to time constraints, content, or entry deadlines.
6. Submissions are due by Thursday, May 14, 2026.

Important Participant Agreement
To access the submission form and provide your entry into the festival, participants are required to agree and adhere to the following:

I am enrolled or have been enrolled in an FCC Film & Video Production Course.

My submission is course work created and completed during my Film & Video Production Course.

By submitting my film, I understand that my submission is subject to amendment by the administrative team. Amendment may be changes to my rating and content warnings, spelling errors, school-appropriate content, time constraints, and/or other executive decisions necessary by the administrative team. Efforts will be made to notify the creators.
