  • The Marketing Request Form supports strategic planning around FCC goals and initiatives.

    Lead Times
    Please plan ahead using the following guidelines:
    • New campaigns, projects, and print materials: 4–6 weeks
    • Existing print material updates: 4 weeks
    • Translation requests: 2 weeks+
    • Photography requests: 2 weeks
    • Social media promotion: 1 week
    • Basic website updates: 2 business days
    • Complex website projects: additional lead time required
    Important Notes
    • New campaigns, projects, and print materials require Vice President approval before work begins. Allow up to five business days for this process in addition to the lead times above.
    • Some new projects may require a brief scoping meeting with the marketing team before work begins.
    • Routine requests (existing material and website updates and news submissions) are submitted directly to the marketing team.

    For accessibility compliance, PDFs are created for print materials only.
    Program, service and event content is published as native web content.
