  • Important Information

    • Plan on 30 min for Bod Pod, 60 min for VO2 Max and Resting Metabolic Rate.
    • If a day and time slot is dark gray that indicates a time is not available.
    • All appointments are offered at the Human Performance Lab at FCC’s main campus in Linganore Hall.
    • Assessments are only available to individuals of 18 years old or older.

    Booking Instructions and Payment

    • Once you've reserved an appointment time, you will be redirected to the secure payment website.
    • Appointments are not confirmed until payment is made.
    • Failure to pay for your service prior to an appointment will result in cancellation of the appointment.
    • Refunds are not available, but you may reschedule.
    • Please add our address (hpl@frederick.edu) to your email safe senders list, address book, or contact list to ensure you receive confirmation emails from us.

    The times available for this semester are generally as follows:

    Monday – 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

    Tuesday– 8:30-9:30 am and 12:00-2:00 p.m.

    Wednesday– 12:00-2:00 p.m.

    Thursday– 8:30-9:30 am and 12:00-2:00 p.m.

    Friday – 8:30 am - 2:00 p.m.

    If none of the available times fit your schedule, please email us at hpl@frederick.edu and we’ll assist you in setting up an appointment.
