    You must be a current FCPS sophomore to apply. Application due by 3/15/26.
  • You must apply to FCC before completing this application. Click https://enroll.frederick.edu/portal/apply to apply. Please enter your FCC student ID number below.

  • It is recommended both the student and parent/guardian read through and bookmark the Early College Student & Parent Handbook 2025-2026 - Google Docs

    Please note that this application requires virtual signatures from both the student and a parent/guardian.

  • Three recommenders are required:

    • Two high school teachers (one English, Math, Science or Social Science and one of any subject) 
    • Your high school counselor

    Please be sure you have asked them if they will be willing to complete a recommendation form, which we will send to them. Enter their contact information below.

  • Attending an Info Night during your sophomore year is required. If you have not attended one, you must attend the Feb. 5th or March 2nd Info Night. Register now at tiny.cc/ecinfonight.

    If you are completing this application after March 2nd and have not attended an Info Night, you can still submit this application, but you must reach out to us at dualenrollment@frederick.edu by the March 15th deadline.
